On the Right Path

Who knows the circumstance
of his last mortal dance -
thirty thousands feet above
or on the way to his love.
There's no need to scream
when livin' up to a dream.

See the tiny satisfaction?
Caused by your own action
you pass away when you do
what you really wanted to.

The nice warm feeling
that your whole being
is ended by your hand -
before you turn to sand
with no doubt, no regret
about books not yet read.

So before your grave -
scar in a shape of a wave,
so before your cross -
a perfect stone with no flaws,
so before your passing -
the last performed acting,
so before your death -
the point with no thread...

...stay and think for a while
so you can say with a smile
my life was good - I did shine -
now I can die, the time is mine.
